Reality Strikes Again.

No interview from Wharton, yet again. It seems that it was not meant to be. But it's good to have closure atleast. The wait wasnt good at all.

The Chicago interview is my hope now. Good Luck to those interviewing with Wharton, Chicago or others.

Hey Forrest,

Sorry to hear the news. But there is still hope from Chicago. Wharton is a tough school and even if everything was very much in place, they are too picky on 'why now' answer. So relax. You still have hope.

I gave my Chicago interview last year and it is not very tricky. Just be prepared with your goals and why Chicago. We are sailing in the same boat but Chicago is not one of the schools I am targetting this year. Let me know if I can help you in any manner, perhaps a telephonic interview over skype or anything else. I know the pain of having to wait another year; I'll be happy if you can get in.

Best,
Kanika

Forrest, I cannot upload "leave your comment" pages in beta blogs, when I connect from home. At work it's ok. At home, when I click on "leave your comment", there's a new page, which keeps loading and loading and loading with no result.

Wharton's loss is Chi town's gain. I've only met great people from Chicago. Focus on the interview, and forget about what's happened. Chin up!
