BoB came. It's gone now. Things happened fast. I noticed a lot of euphoria in people who were nominated. Never got around expressing mine. Then came the results. The euphoria reappeared in those who made it to the top 10 list. I figured that probably Rungee felt the same joy as Dean Snyder must have felt when GSB rose to the pinnacle of Bweek rankings. AA must have felt the same, maybe she will get to share her emotions with the Dean this fall on her exchange. fromCali won too, as did the amazing blog efforts of Iday, Juggler, and many others. Congratulations to you all. And thanks. For surprising me - I never expected to be there as high as I was placed at.
I became a thousand dollar poorer (sent my GSB deposit). They say, that's how it all starts. Before you are poorer by 150 grand. And richer by the skills you carry, the experiences you remember, and the friends you make.
Made a short trip home. A week is never enough - but had to make do with it.
Sent in my resignation, well ahead of my notice period. All in good faith. Hoped for a reply, havent got one. That was expected. I am hoping to leave without any hassles, simply because I have worked with this organisation way too long to destroy everything because I am off to school.
Got an amazing offer to judge (yes, judge. that's right) the Accepted.com's Photo Contest (thanks Linda). No way I could have said no. Did you remember to click a few shots?

When are the results of the Photo Contest? I wanna see the pics. I have plans to participate in the competition next year.
#iday - the deadline for the contest was apr 30th. not sure when the results are out. i havent got the details yet. i hope Linda posts all the photos on her website - it would be nice to see all of them and not just the winners.
iday and forrest gump, just wanted to thank both of you for writing your blogs, did either of you guys take any coaching for gmat.
#TFF - i didnt enroll in any GMAT classes/coaching. studied on my own. was a regular at gmatclub.com and considered that a great resource. i think scoretop and testmagic are also pretty good. check them out.
also, i think you should write to iday at his blog. he may not check this comment here.
